Complimentary Content Sessions for Fenton Village

Fenton Village Business Owners have the opportunity to participate in a digital highlight campaign and complimentary social media content sessions from December 13th - 16th, at no cost to business owners. Eugene Salas and Shawn Maxwell will be returning after their first content trip to capture more social media content to promote Fenton Village and film interviews with business owners for a documentary style digital campaign.

Content & Interview Sessions
Dec 13 - 16

Schedule a time for Shawn and Eugene to visit your business during their trip to capture content or conduct an interview. Content captured will be used on the official Fenton Village Instagram account to promote businesses and the general neighborhood.

Raw content captured will be provided to businesses upon request. Interviews will be used in an upcoming digital campaign to highlight Fenton Village business owners at the start of 2025.

Capturing Content 101
FREE Digital Class

You don’t have to be a master editor to create content! This session will walk you through basic tips for capturing social-media-ready content on your phone, plus recommendations on tools and gadgets for when it’s time to take your content creation to the next level.

This class will be made available by December 14th for Fenton Village Business Owners to access online, free of charge.

Eugene & Shawn’s
Previous Visit

During their November 14th - 17th visit, Eugene and Shawn captured content around Fenton Village and during the Montgomery County Thanksgiving Parade. In addition to capturing general content and hosting filming sessions with local small businesses, Eugene and Shawn conducted a social media messaging and content session , which is viewable as a digital course here.

Use of Capture Content
A video trailer and highlight reels were created using content captured during the visit, including a general promotional reel for Fenton Village and an event recap for the Montgomery County Thanksgiving Parade.

The Fenton Village Instagram account saw a significant spike in followers and accounts reached due to a combination of organic content and strategic digital collaboration. Organic photo and video content will continue to be used to promote Fenton Village and grow the general community Instagram account.
